JEGS Win Direct Diamond ‘SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR’ Award 2010
For a record third time, Jegs Electrical Ltd were voted ‘Supplier of the Year’ by the members of the BHF BSSA Group. The award was presented to Martin Gibbons, Managing Director at the Direct Suppliers’ Away Day in Stratford on 14 April 2010 by Sadie Chalkey, Group National President of BHF BSSA Group. Martin paid tribute to all the members of the Jegs team who contributed to winning this industry honour: “Jegs prides itself in the longevity of its staff and to win in the year of our 40th anniversary is a testament to our values of providing quality, service, price & range – to the independent trade.” Jegs Electrical were proud winners of the same award in 2005 and again in 2007. In fact in the history of the BHF awards, Jegs has been shortlisted in the top three for Supplier of the Year every year with the exception of the two years after their fire.
